By selecting the Edit option to the left, you can browse and modify product reviews.
Utilize the Product Reviews & Reminders addon to improve customer interaction and to provide sophisticated product review capabilities.
Pending Reviews¶
Any product review provided by a consumer must be authorized before being shown on a site's marketplace. After ensuring that the published content is suitable for public display, the store administrator can accept or disapprove such reviews.
Nevertheless, all new reviews are given the pending status until they are updated.
